At shw coaching, we empower women to achieve their health and fitness goals with personalised 1:1 online coaching and bespoke training and nutrition plans designed to fit around busy lifestyles. Our focus is on building strength and confidence - both physically and mentally - while improving health and nurturing well-being, creating a sustainable, fulfilling lifestyle and supporting you in becoming the best version of yourself.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to achieving your fitness goals, which is why at shw coaching our programmes are completely personal to you.

 

Whether you love the gym, prefer to work out at home, or need something that fits into a busy lifestyle, we’ll design a training routine tailored to your own personal goals and experience but most importantly -

one that works for you.

Your nutrition is just as unique. We'll guide you on how to improve your eating habits and using food as your FUEL to achieving your goals - without sacrificing the foods you love. We'll find an approach unique to you, ulimately we know the secret to achieving long-lasting results is a plan that's sustainable and easy to follow. We can offer simple meal guidance and tips, a more structured meal plan, or flexibility through calorie and macro tracking. At shw, our core aim with nutrition coaching is to educate women on the importance of food and nourishing your body, whilst encouraging a balanced and healthy mindset towards food.

STRONGher in 12 is a female-focused coaching programme designed to help you build strength, improve your health, and feel incredible inside and out. Over 12 weeks, you’ll have a structured training plan, learn how to fuel your body with confidence, and create sustainable habits that last well beyond the programme. This isn’t about quick fixes - it’s about empowering you with the tools, knowledge, and support to become your strongest self!

With 10+ years experience in the fitness industry and a specialist in female coaching. shw coaching is for women who want to become stronger, fitter and healthier. Specialising in building strength, health and well-being, we can help you with weight loss and physique development, improving overall fitness and energy levels, building muscle through resistance and strength training and mindfulness and confidence-building - whilst supporting you with guidance around female health, gut health, improving mindset and more. 

 

You'll have ongoing support and accountability throughout your journey, through your own weekly-check ins, progress tracking, as well as access to our online library of resources, and 7-day a week support chat - all through your very own client app.

SOPHIE H WELLS

Online Coach

I’m a fitness coach and personal trainer with over 10 years of experience, helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own skin. Over the years I’ve worked with so many incredible women, supporting them through everything from strength building and weight-loss, to performance goals and improving gut health, whilst finding a balance with food and fitness that actually lasts.

Wellbeing and mindset matter to me more than any physical results (we do both!) - and that’s at the heart of my coaching. I'll always be your biggest supporter!

I’ve competed in bikini competitions, but my real passion is showing that health and fitness can (and should!) be sustainable - I’m here to show you that you don’t have to give up the things you love (I’ll never say no to a flat white and a cookie!)

My mission is simple: to help you build strength, confidence, and a healthy lifestyle you genuinely enjoy.

Favourite meal: Protein Millonaires Shortbread Oats (or a burger)

Random fact: I have three lionhead rabbits named PG, Buck & Nero, named after tea & coffee!
