STRONGher in 12 is a female-focused coaching programme designed to help you build strength, improve your health, and feel incredible inside and out. Over 12 weeks, you’ll have a structured training plan, learn how to fuel your body with confidence, and create sustainable habits that last well beyond the programme. This isn’t about quick fixes - it’s about empowering you with the tools, knowledge, and support to become your strongest self!

Based at Chandler’s Ford Gym in Southampton, I offer Personal Training with affordable options, nutritional support, a dedicated client app, and regular check-ins, so you’ll have everything you need to stay on track and see real results. With over 5 years of experience in Personal Training. 1-1 PT is tailored to your ability & goals, helping you build strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing. You’ll learn how to train effectively, use equipment correctly, and follow a structured, progressive plan, all in a supportive and friendly environment - away from big commercial gyms.

If you're looking for something more flexible, we have our monthly coaching packages. We offer a variety of affordable plans depending on the level of support you need!

NUTRITION-ONLY

Coaching

For anyone who is looking to enhance their health and fitness without requiring a training plan, we can offer nutrition-only coaching on a pay-monthly basis.

What you'll receive

WORKOUTS

A progressive strength & fitness training plan tailored to your goals and experience that fits seamlessly into your daily routine, designed for the gym or the comfort of your home.

Track your workouts & progress through our very own client app and access 100+ videos from the exercise library.

NUTRITION

Guidance on nutrition to help support energy and performance, health and improve body composition. Customised to your dietary preferences & individual lifestyle - without sacrificing foods you love!

Options include a more holistic approach, a structured & bespoke meal plan or calorie/macro goals - there is no one-fits all approach!

WEEKLY CHECK INS

Complete weekly check-ins and benefit from regular communication with your coach to help you with accountability and to keep you on track.

Receieve informed feedback and guidance on your training, nutrition and well-being to support you throughout your journey and help you build habits for life.

CLIENT APP

Use your own client app to log your progress  and habits daily, access your personal training & nutrition plans and help you stay accountable. You'll also benefit from our online library full of guidance & tips to help you enhance your lifestyle and educate you through every step!

SUPPORT

shw coaching is personal and 1:1, therefore you receive my support throghout. I'll help you build lasting habits, focusing on mindset, balance & building up your onfidence - I'll be your biggest support!

We'll work closely together to nurture your physical, mental, and emotional wellness, using sustainable practices to achieve your health & fitness goals

RESULTS

Coaching with shw isn't about quick fixes - it’s about empowering you with the tools, knowledge, and support to become your strongest self and build sustainable habits for long-lasting results!

We'll work at a pace that's comfortable and sustainable for you and reach your goal in a realistic time-frame, "what you put in - you get out!"
