STRONGher in 12 is a female-focused coaching programme designed to help you build strength, improve your health, and feel incredible inside and out. Over 12 weeks, you’ll have a structured training plan to follow, with your preference of the gym or from the comfort of your home, learn how to fuel your body correctly and with confidence, and create sustainable habits that last well beyond the programme.

 

This isn’t about quick fixes - it’s about empowering you with the tools, knowledge and support to become your strongest self, build self-confidence and feel amazing.
